At Euro Pizza Products, everything revolves around pizza; we are the specialist in dough and pizza products for the foodservice market in Europe and far beyond. As the dedicated supplier to New York Pizza, we serve a wide range of national and international restaurant and pizza chains both within and outside Europe.

To further strengthen our production operation, we are looking for a Team Leader Production who not only ensures the smooth day-to-day running of production but also motivates employees, improves performance, and builds a strong and engaged team.

🚀 What will you be doing?

As a Team Leader Production, you will be responsible for the daily production process together with the other Team Leaders. This includes the production of frozen dough, fresh dough, and the cleaning of crates. You are highly visible on the production floor, maintain a clear overview of operations, and step in whenever necessary. At the same time, you encourage employees to take ownership, work together, and continuously develop themselves.

You will report to the Production Manager and ensure that the team operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable quality and BRC standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Organising and coordinating daily production activities;

• Leading, supporting, and coaching production employees on a daily basis;

• Preparing operational workforce plans to ensure all activities are executed successfully and in line with established KPIs;

• Ensuring a safe, food-safe, and clean working environment;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing ideas to optimise production processes;

• Fostering a culture in which continuous improvement, ownership, and engagement are central values.

🎯 What will you achieve?

In this role, you will ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Product quality, productivity, and food safety are at the core of everything you do.

You will build a strong team where employees understand expectations, take responsibility for their work, and support one another in achieving shared goals. In addition, you will actively contribute to process improvements and the ongoing development of the production teams.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a production environment;

• Preferably have experience within food production or another environment where food safety and quality are key priorities;

• Have experience managing productivity and quality performance;

• Take initiative and proactively suggest improvements to processes;

• Act decisively and work in a results-oriented and proactive manner;

• Are willing to work on Sundays once every two weeks.
